A massive overhaul. When KSL owners decided it was time to make some difficult corporate and cultural changes, they called in our friend Jeff Simpson to lend a hand. Having just finished successfully doing the same thing with Deseret Book, Jeff reorganized the team to execute his vision for the branding changes that needed to happen while he went to work on the internal issues. The end result was an updated, more relevant and cohesive brand family with just the right amount of heritage to not lose loyal customers in the transition.
